Holland Limousine Group B.V. – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Holland Limousine Group B.V. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered under the laws of [Country/Region]. By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.
2. Services Provided
Holland Limousine Group B.V. offers transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, event transportation, corporate services, and private charters (“Services”). The scope of the service will be detailed in the booking confirmation provided to the Client.
3. Booking and Reservation
3.1. Booking Requirements: All reservations must be made in advance through our official booking platform, phone, or email.
3.2. Booking Quotations: Rates quoted prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services requested. Waiting time, extra stops and/or any additional services may change the final price.
3.3. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed when the Client receives a written confirmation from the Company, which may include details of the pick-up time, location, type of vehicle, and agreed price.
Hourly/As Directed reservations will be at least charged with a minimum of four (4) hours, calculated on garage-garage.
3.4. Change of Services: If there is a request for additional services or a change to the itinerary after the booking has been confirmed, the Company reserves the right to charge additional fees. All changes must be agreed upon by the Company in writing.
3.5. Change of Chauffeur: Submitted chauffeur details can change due to the flexiblility of our services
3.6. Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the service is provided, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment can be made via bank transfer and on- or offline creditcard payment.
3.7. No Show: If there are any difficulties locating the chauffeur, the passenger or booker needs to contact us immediately on +31854014260. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying us will result in a ´no show´, and will be fully charged
3.8. Overtime/Grace Period: Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described in the confirmation, with an exception for airport arrivals.
On airport arrivals the incoming flight will be monitored and overtime will apply after 60 minutes after landing, any problems at luggage reclaim or customs need to be reported immediately.
3.9. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation cut off times are set at 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time for sedans and MPV’s, 12 hours prior the scheduled pick-up time for minibuses up to 8 passengers and 48 hours prior the the scheduled pick-up time for any vehicle that is suitable for more than 8 passengers; i.e. 19 seater minibuses and motorcoaches.
Cancellations within the cut off time will result in a late cancellation and a full charge of the confirmed and booked services.
4. Vehicle Use
4.1. Passenger Limits: The Client agrees not to exceed the maximum number of passengers allowed for each vehicle. This limit will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
4.2. Prohibited Conduct: The Client agrees not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior while using the service. This includes, but is not limited to, smoking, intoxication, abuse, or damage to the vehicle.
All chauffeurs obey all traffic laws, including safety and speed limits
4.3. Travelling with Animals: Animals need to be mentioned prior the reservation, and they may only be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container. In the event damage occurs to the vehicle, caused by the animal, a damage and/or cleaning fee may be charged.
For passengers with disabilities traveling with a service animal, the animal does not require being transported in a kennel of soft-side pet container.
4.4. Use of in-vehicle WiFi: We are not liable for any interception of transmissions, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer, device or network in case of using our complementary WiFi in one of our vehicles.
5. Liability and Indemnity
5.1. Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the service provided. The Company will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5.2. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their actions or omissions.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, strikes, pandemics or government restrictions.
7. Insurance
The Company ensures that all vehicles are properly insured for public liability and other required insurances as per local laws. The Client is responsible for any damages or losses caused during the trip.
8. Personal Data
The Company will collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
10. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will become effective upon notification.
